Are you supporting young people?

Stand and Be Counted!

Mass Mentoring Partnership would like to recognize adults in the Boston area who are engaging in empowering youth-adult relationships. Adults can create a positive impact on the lives of young people in many ways. This could be through a one-on-one mentoring relationship but can also include many other types of youth-adult relationships that support young people.

Examples of empowering youth-adult relationships could be:

  • One-on-one mentors
  • Tutors
  • Volunteers at an afterschool program or other youth development organization
  • Coaches
  • Camp counselors
  • Music teachers
  • Religious guides
  • And more

We want to recognize and celebrate these relationships and use them as examples to others about the power they can have on young people and our communities.

Take a moment to share your story about an empowering youth-adult relationship that you're involved in. We'll be choosing the best stories to highlight here so we may be in touch with you soon to learn more about your relationship! Thank you for agreeing to Stand and Be Counted!
