Tap Our Resources (TAP): MMP Technical Assistance Project
With the reduced amount of funds available throughout the state, the number of programs associated with funding cohorts has been greatly reduced. MMP understands the importance of continued services to programs and is committed to offering technical assistance throughout the year.
We are launching a new initiative called "Tap our Resources" (TAP), a project to help programs access limited no-cost technical assistance for their program or agency.
Total hours of service awarded will depend on the project request and the final number of RFPs that are accepted by MMP. We have a goal of providing up to 140 hours of dedicated technical assistance through this project and will spread those hours over as many organizations as possible. Services will be available through July 2010.
Eligibility:
- Program must be a youth mentoring program in Massachusetts
- Program must become a member of MMP through our Quality Based Membership (QBM) program
- If a program is already in QBM, it must agree to work towards and complete the highest level of membership it is qualified for by June 30, 2010
- If a program is awarded technical assistance (TA), it must commit to having one staff person dedicated to working with MMP throughout the TA process
Programs can apply on a rolling basis from January through June 18, 2010.
