Learn from MMP staff and each other about the most effective practices to help mentors and mentees build and sustain successful relationships with each other. This three-hour training will focus on topics ranging from communication and feedback between mentors, mentees, and staff on difficult issues to cultural diversity issues that arise in mentoring relationships. This is a basic training recommended for newer staff.

Location: Worcester

Registration Fee: $25 per person. As part of MMP's special presentations in Worcester in January, this fee will allow you to attend any or all three of the Worcester trainings (Screening Mentors, Match Support Level 1, Match Support Level 2)
