Introduction to Program Evaluation and Outcome Measurement for Your Mentoring Program
A 1.5 day introductory training to enable youth mentoring programs to understand and implement an evaluation of key components of their programs and the program's impact on the youth served. Content will include program evaluation principles; models for evaluating mentoring programs, including data collection tools, qualitative and quantitative processes; and constructing an affordable plan that staff can implement on an annual basis. Discussion will include data collection tools, analysis of data, and how to use and disseminate the evaluation findings. Participants will learn to create an overall evaluation plan for their programs that include basic measurement tools that can be used without the services of an outside evaluator.
Registration Fee: $125.00 for the first person from an organization; $75.00 each additional person from organization on same date.
Fee includes training manual and continental breakfast both days and lunch on first day.
