Learn the most effective practices to help mentors and mentees build and sustain successful relationships with each other. The training will focus on topics ranging from communication and feedback on difficult issues between mentors, mentees and staff; to cultural diversity issues that arise in mentoring relationships. Other topics include tools and models for on-going match support, closure models, goal setting and recognition.
