Leadership Development

Updated AOM program logos_0.png

Mass Mentoring Partnership is committed to the professional development of our AmeriCorps Ambassadors of Mentoring. We have monthly opportunities to engage with other members of the AmeriCorps Ambassadors of Mentoring. This includes program days where we discuss topics connected to capacity building and mentoring such as recruitment, program development and benchmarking. There are opportunities to share best practices and meet professionals to help build your own network. Twice a year, the AmeriCorps of Ambassadors of Mentoring go on retreat in the winter and in the spring.

We also have opportunities for service and engagment. We have volunteer activities during MLK Day of Service along with other organizations within the Mass Mentoring Partnership network. Mass Mentoring Partnership also holds quarterly Mentoring Institutes that help youth workers and those in the mentoring field to learn about how to strengthen youth/adult relationships. There are other opportunities to engage with leaders at our Annual Youth Mentoring Day at the State House, held during January, which is National Mentoring Month.
